Since everyone has different body weights, sleeping positions, neck-back-hip issues, and personal comfort preferences, only you can determine which type of mattress configuration is the most comfortable.
Consider firm talalay latex with a wool fleece pad.

Simmons BeautyRest. Queen size at Jordans cost a little over $1000, but it was well spent. Best bed ever.
Some come with pillowtops.

I love the tempurpedic ones. They are a little pricey but in the long run it will be worth the money. Plus one thing I love, they will keep you from getting bed bugs. Never had them and hope never will!! Lay on one, and you'll fall in love with them too!!!!

Stop worrying about trying to get the VERY best one, and choose one that is comfortable and fits your budget. The very best will vary from person to person.
