No, it is not sick. The stool of a turtle ranges form dark brown to green and everything in between. As long as it is not runny, you're fine. Often you wil find undigested foods parts in there, like insects limbs and etc.
Poop colour refelects the diet of your turtle. Have you recently changed diets or type of pellets.
Turtles are somewhat like humans. Colours vary, as long as it is regular and solid wastes. Diarrhea is concerning and may be an idication of improper or contaminated diet. Anyway, there's nothing to worry about. Good luck.
Cheers,
JJ ;)

If it is getting the right diet going in, don't worry a lot about what is coming out.
The right diet at 4 months would be about 1/4th to 1/2 good quality pellets and the rest would be live or frozen/thawed things from the pet stores fish foods section- small fish (rosy red mollies are best), worms (they really like blood worms), krill, shrimp, insects, etc.
Remember- they won't eat hardly any plants of any type when young, then start to add more and more plants (dark leafy greens, orange veggies (squash is great!), and water plants) as they get older and slower, and start to grow more slowly.
(Also- they never need fruit, light green letuce, hot dogs, hamburger, canned fish, or other pet foods.)
