nah, it wasnt the first song he was talking about. if you look at the url of the link he provided, you'll see a #7 at the end of the link. that is a page jump html code that directs to the 7th song.
As for the song, its like the protagonist of the song can end his insanity with at will, but ultimately chooses fear over it.like the message is to tear out your blind eyes, and come out of fear.

I am assuming you are talking about the first one... Dark Tranq... Good band... Obviously it is talking about Dooms Day, and the many ways people will die... it sounds like the writer is calling doomsday down, with the use of the command form of verbs
