We go there all the time.
The best of the "cheap" seats are Sections 90-98 in right-center field. They are directly in front of the scoreboard so get as close to the field as you can (so you can look back at the board for replays and fun stuff).

They are not the cheapest seats in the park (that would be the upper deck seats in left field Sec. 368-388) but they are the best cheap seats where you can actually see the game.

Also...go to a night game, ALL of the cheap seats are in sunlight during day games and it gets really hot!

Need more info, go ahead and send a message and I'll try to help.

Meanwhile, here's the link to the O's seating page...it's got the 3-d viewer so you can see the view.

If it's his first game then it should be a memorable one.

Just about all of the seat at Camden Yards are fairly priced. You can't go wrong anywhere you sit.

I'm an Orioles fan but I wouldnt worry about price. You could probably sit anywhere at their games.
