The price difference between London and the Netherlands are not big enough to make trading profitable, at least not in the things you can bring legally.
You might find things that are not yet in fashion in England but have already passed the top here, but I would not know one at this time.
For souvenirs you can always find some nice things, like Amsterdam T-shirts or printed T-shirts, but I doubt you can get them at a low enough price to sell with profit.
