My boyfriend and I are planning a trip to Cedar Point amusement park. I'm from NYC and don't drive, he's from Scotland and doesn't want to drive on the right (wrong) side of the road. Airfares from Boston to Cleveland seem excessive, and I can't figure out how to get from the airport to the amusement park. Are there busses? Would a cab be prohibitively expensive? Are there regional airlines that fly between these two regions? Anyone who has knowledge to impart, I'd really apreciate it. Thanks!

A cab would be seriously prohibitively expensive. I'd check Greyhound for buses, there is a stop in Sandusky. Driving is really your best bet though. Unless you want to get really creative... maybe a boat cruise. Cedar Point is right on the lake.
Below is the list of airports, bus stations, etc. for Cedar Point.
Enjoy the trip, it's the best park in the country!

Well, the bus is easy. It's Interstate 90 from Boston to Cleveland, and then you can probably pick up another bus that goes along the lake's coast to Sandusky. You probably can get a cab from there to the commercial area. Once you get there, Sandusky has a zillion motels that have free shuttles to the park.
