Okay, so I'm gonna do a presentation in front of class tomorrow. The topic is "Music: Is it good for health?". I have searched high and low for any information and I feel like blowing up. Please help me..?? I need 5 reasons why it is, or 5 reasons why it isn't. Thank you in advance.

Slow or classical music can calm you down and relieve stress. 3. Listening to slow music while you are eating can make you eat slower, which is good for your digestion and can help you avoid overeating. 4. Dancing is good exercise, and an upbeat song can really get you moving. 5. Listening to upbeat music can pep you up and keep you more alert, for example when you are driving and are tired or bored. I don't know about 5 reasons each but, if you listen to it too loud it can damage your ears.

Listening to music can relieve stress and it may make you want to dance which is good excercise.

yes and no. if its exciting music like techno then yes b/c it boosts your energy and makes you want to dance. dancing is good. its as good as laughing. and if its sad music like the blues then no, not really. blues make you depressed and make you think of a time in your life when something really bad happened. i'll go research and email you if i can.
