Some people will never be happy or convinced. There will always be idiots out here looking for a conspiracy. We have enough info, the terrorist attacked our country on 911 and this was not their first attack.

Potentially to use to gather evidence of what happened from multiple angles.
Also they may have confiscated video because on most federal installations and buildings, like the Pentagon, it's illegal to take photos or videotape anything. By doing so, terrorists could make out weaknesses in the security surrounding the installation and exploit said weaknesses for an attack.

My nephew lost his oldest son on 9-11 and he and his wife have been trying to get their lives back ever since. I'm going to see my nephew in August. I really hesitate to ask him how he feels about any possible conspiracy. Let's just say that there is absolute proof that the towers fell and the Pentagon was crashed into was part of a conspiracy. What then? Just asking.

One person's confiscation is another person's "gathering of evidence".
When trying to piece together a crime, gathering any video evidence is always an early step in the process.
When I listen to people blather on about WTC conspiracies, I realize that these folks are much like Holocaust Deniers. They have a point of view and will grasp at any shred necessary to justify it.
The difference is they now the internet provides a mass market for people who want/need to hear that deranged message, whereas there was no mass media for Holocaust Deniers (outside places like Iran).

Yes, I agree with you 100 % . as I understand about the 7 tower was it was on fire for about 5 or 6 hours then callapsed, it felll straight down there were no one side of the building up or down, it was planed to do that. I think it just a way to tell people look how many buildings have collapsed and died in the attack or if there was an important information stored in that building

I really want to believe that our government had nothing to do with - or didn't know about - the 9-11 attacks. But, there is sufficient credible evidence to suggest otherwise; and, when you consider how often our government has lied to us in the past, I can't help but be skeptical. Consider:
a) The government has never satisfactorily explained the events in 1947 surrounding 'alien spacecrafts' in Roswell, New Mexico, especially to those who were there;
b) The government has never sufficiently explained JFK's assassination, and why did it seal all documents until 2038 when most people who witnessed those events will be dead? Was the Warren Commission just a whitewash to pacify most Americans? Why seal documents for 75 years?
c) The government exaggerated stories of "attacks" on U.S. battleships in the Gulf of Tonkin, which got us into the Vietnam War;
d) The government lied about the effects of Agent Orange on Vietnam veterans;
e) The government lied about a third-rate burglary in the Watergate Hotel until two enterprising young reporters forced the truth to the surface, which caused a President to resign;
f) The government lied about 'weapons of mass destruction' which it used a an excuse to attack another sovereign nation that in no way threatened, provoked or attacked the United States;
g) The government lied about trading arms for hostages;
h) The government lied about 'secret' CIA prisons where 'detainees' could held without appropriate procedures being followed;
i) The government condoned the use of torture and sexual abuse until horrific photographs were smuggled out of Gitmo and showed how the U.S.A. arrogantly violated the terms of the Geneva Convention, to which it is a signatory;
j) The government lied about how a CIA operatives identity was publicly released, which resulted in a highly-placed aid to the Vice-President being sentenced to prison, which the President commuted in an effort to keep that aid from revealing what he knew and bringing down both the President and Vice-President.
Considering all the lies the government has told us over the years, I don't find it difficult to believe that our government participated in - or, at least knew about - the events of 9-11-01. I wish I had more confidence in our government, but I find it to be among the most arrogant, incompetent, corrupt governments on Earth. -RKO- 07/05/07

Thank you for those George Washington quotes. He, along with Thomas Jefferson, is a true American hero.
I do believe in some conspiracies, within reason. I have no idea what the true story of 9/11 can be, but I confess I have had thoughts about it. I keep thinking of Ralph Reed, leader of the Christian Coalition, who said, "We are like thieves in the night!" When people give up their integrity and honesty to make political points, I wonder just what their leaders may be capable of doing.
The furor...and the fear...over 9/11 has gone past the realm of common sense. I lived through Pearl Harbor and it was as earth-shattering and upsetting as 9/11, but Americans back then did not battle with each other so much, but simply went to war with the perpetrators of the attack. We had a marvelous leader, FDR, who told us we had "nothing to fear but fear itself." He did not constantly warn of attack and peddle fear, as does Bush.
More people die in auto accidents every year than were killed in 9/11. More American soldiers have died in Iraq than were killed in 9/11. A hundred times more Iraqi have died in the war than were killed in 9/11. We must give it some perspective.
It is good to be alert, because there are terrorists among us, both domestic and foreign. But to live in fear of a terror attack and use it as an excuse for torture, war, and barbaric behavior is wrong.
Of course there are things we do not know about 9/11. This government is secretive to the point of paranoia. I do not believe they engineered the attack, although I have often thought of it, but I do believe they have covered up the many, many warnings they had from other countries alerting them to the attack, exactly how it would be accomplished and where it would take place. This is fact.
I think the Bush Bunch, using excitement and fear, skillfully used 9/11 to lead them to Iraq and its oilfields. I think the next target is Iran, in a carefully crafted path to take over the rebel countries of the Middle East, labeled the Axis of Evil. I think they thought, with America's might, it would be an easy task. They did not prepare, read a history book, or realize the chaos they would cause, despite warnings from people like former Terror Czar, Dick Clark, and Ambassador Joe Wilson and Weapons Inspector Hans Blitz.
It is a conspiracy of like minds molding history, causing death and destruction, leading our country down a path of indebtedness, perpetual war, and dishonest, manipulative leaders. It is not a path I want to follow.

I think it takes an extremely warped mind to come up with a US conspiracy for 9/11. y4 look beyond plain muslim fanaticism for answers? Were the Immams in on it? Do you believe that the mosques 'hate America' preachings are controlled by America? You must hate America as much as the terrorists.!! We are in a fight for our lives with these muslims. Why waste your energy on nonsense? Use your brain for dealing with this JIHAD. Give Pres Bush your support and prayers that he will devise a way to beat these crazies down without having to go to nuclear weapons. Our and your future depends on your supporting your own country.
