She cant, noone can. There are certain things that have to be done first and I dont think they ever will.

1. Get a handle on overpopulation. There are too many areas of Africa that can not support even 1/2 of what the current population is.

2. Stop the hatred. There are different tribes over there that have hated each other for hundreds if not thousands of years. Until they stop hating and commiting genocide they will never be able to get together, co-exist and work to improve their living conditions.

3. They have to do something about irregation and learning to crow crops and eventually become a more self sufficient country. Sending over millions of pounds of rice, water, wheat, flour, etc.... is not helping in the long run, it is just, or SHOULD BE, a short term solution.

Bottom line, stop the hate, feed the love, feed the children

There are tons and tons of aid going to Africa and still nothing.

At some point the Africans have to stand on their own and take responiblity for their lives.

I know of many medical mission and people who have gone there to teach them how to grow food and dig wells and start schools.
Come back in a year and find they have done nothing.
There was another set of missionaries who live there for 3 years and gave up because they got tired of paying off the thugs on the road and having their supplies stolen. The people refused to help or stop it.

AIDS in Africa men get HIV than destory their medical records and go home and infect their wives.

The only way diseases and poverty will in in Africa is once they decide they have had enough.

It will never be eradicated from Africa. The globalists enjoy spreading disease like AIDS & creating civil wars within nations to reap the plentiful richness of the African lands. Any financial or food help is only a diversion & smoke screen. The World Health Organization "treated" people in Africa in the 1980's for smallpox, but gave them AIDS in the vaccine.

Since no American President in history has eradicated poverty and disease from America, their own country, it is completely unrealistic to think that they could eradicate it from another country.

Any American President's first responsibility must be to the American people, and then to the rest of the world, so while any administration will give money and help to issues in Africa, that cannot be their first and foremost priority.

Aid and monetary assistance will not be enough; Africans must do the legwork themselves, but it will not work if they keep electing dictators and allowing military coups to go on ad infinitum. Until Africa shows it is willing to use its hands more to build itself up versus holding it out for more aid, the situation of the majority of the continent will not improve.

Unfortunately there really is only one way, and it would be extremely expensive ,but well worth it:::And most will not agree, but to eradicate poverty and disease; they would have to go in and sterilize every Man and Woman, and by sterilizing , I mean where there can't be any more children born to them..And I know you may think that as unfair and cruel; it's not..The many children born everyday only are born to suffering, starvation, and disease..Thats what is cruel and unfair..So, if any President or Government official wants to really help; then thats where they need to start!

That can't be done or rather it can't be done at any acceptable cost. Africa's problem is extremely corrupt leaders in many nations and we would have to conquer the continent and kill probably a quarter of the people there to get rid of those rotten leaders. Better to leave them alone and hope someday the various African states get rid of them on their own. Until they do, relief and aid will be seized and sold by corrupt regimes that like Africa just like it is.
Its sad but we can't fix every thing and I would be wary of those candidates who promise what they obviously can't deliver.

well, if the united states would just go to africa, take out all the dictators running the countries there, install democratic republics that employ capitalist economies, africa could finally take advantage of the vast resources on their continent and both poverty and disease would be reduced to levels that have been unattainable to this point in africa's history.

How will Hillary eliminate poverty in Africa?

First she would tax all productive Americans until they have no money left. Then she would redistribute the wealth to welfare recipients who would use the money to buy crack.

Then she would go on a massive propaganda campaign showing live images of her holding black baby orphans and blame productive Americans for the poverty in Africa because they don't care about their own welfare recipients.

Then she would blame global warming on male chauvinism.

I am far more interested in how we can eradicate poverty and disease in the U.S. Before we try to fix somebody elses car we need to make sure our car is road ready, if you know what I mean. Forget Africa, we have plenty of our own issues to deal with. Besides, all of the billions of dollars and all the help I have seen go to Africa in my life(47 tears) has not done a bit of good.
