The death of my mother, was so sad, and still I am mourning her loss. I loved her so dearly as I always will. I know I will miss her always. With my brothers we were not so close for a number of years, but with the death of my mother we have become close again. My mother's death as sad has it has been, has given my brother's and I a second chance and yes her passing has not been a blessing, but has brought blessings. So you could say Blessings in Disguise.

Being laid off a job. It was my best paying job ever, but other factors were a terrible commute, a dingy department and such. Now, I have a job I love - not as much money but every other factor is great.

Not getting a loan I applied for. Even though I was pissed when I was rejected, I'm glad I didn't get it now that I look back. I couldn't afford the payments at the time, after all.
