Many of them have done so. They are like everyone else. Two of the greatest consumers of alchohol by presidents were Grant and Harding. (Harding did it during Prohibition)

Yes, nothing in the Constitution that says a President can't drink.
A President can do anything he wants while in office, as long as it's legal.

Sure, as long as he doesn't drink before he's supposed to sign a bill or make any decisions, and especially not while he's sitting near "the button".
"Man, I keep hitting this red button, but I can't seem to get my waiter to show up. What's that? I just nuked Korea? Oops, my bad."

Whether or not he can is not of importance. Of greater significance is whether or not he was drinking while making all the bad moves he has been making. I would say he must be sloshed most of the time.

I'm sure they can, but should only be allowed to do so, and mildly; at dinner and/ or dinner parties..Because we , "our country" have emergencies come up at all hours; so therefore, he should always be sober...
