You guys always whine about "Well if Israel can have nuclear weapons, Iran should to.
And everyone should know Iran should NOT have nuclear weapons. Last I checked Israel was not threatening to blow anyone off the map like Iran.

Um.. I think you may have misunderstood a statement or two.. our thought is that the cat is out of the bag.... eventually more and more nations are going to be working on nuclear technology and there is nothing we can do to stop that.. we are trying to slow it down right now.. sure... but you can't stop progression of science. In other words, Iran will have nuclear technology one day.. even if we were to go in today and nuke the whole nation.. eventually they will rebuild and gain the tech.... and you can't blow up every nation on Earth because they are trying to advance their power... so what do you do? Bottom line is we need to be looking at other plans.. because the time is fast approaching where lots of nations that aren't the friendliest to the US WILL have nuclear technology. You can live in paranoid fear and blame the liberals if you want to for what will happen no matter what.. but I prefer to live in reality myself.

I am a liberal and I have never said Iran should have nuclear weapons. Before you go about making immature statements like that why don't you give us some names of who has said that.
As a liberal I also have a great deal of respect for conservatives. You see, I don't play the party rhetoric game like you do. It weakens our country when we keep this nonsense up. You need to take a hard look at who gains if we remain divided. It's time we all started placing nation before party.

Strangely enough, EVERY nation on Earth should be given nuclear weapons and be trained how to use them. This will FORCE people to talk out their differences instead of killing lots of soldiers in a useless battle that will have to be fought again every generation or two for the next 200 years.

I am very liberal, but the very conservative country Iran should not have nuclear weapons, guns, knives, matches or sharp objects.
Israel should not have nukes, they have no need of them. Their enemies are too close, nukes would cause too much collateral damage.

Last time I checked with Israeli Ambassador, he said Israel does not have "any" nuclear weapons. I guess they don't want to have any.

they have to have something to protect themselves. with all the jew haters like jimmy carter and pajama bottoms over there in iran vowing to take them off the map, they have to be ready for anything. and i dont blame them!!
