i am happy with who i am my looks,my close friends,my experiances in life,meeting my heros
i am unhappy with the town i live in,my parents,friends,school,body,being poor

Yes, I am a happy person.
I am happy for the same reasons as you, or so it seems.
As far as being unhappy, its seems no matter what the source of unhappiness, I can look at it and find something happy about it that allows me to concentrate on happiness and not unhappiness.

Thanks for this question. I'd like to write a lot more about happiness, but I think I could write a book about it instead.

I am happy to be alive, for my children, to have known the ones I've lost, with nature, when I hear music that I like, when I see a movie or TV show that makes me laugh or think, when I'm writing, etc. I really like learning about The Roaring 20s, World War II, the 50s, 60s, and 70s.
I am also unhappy with the town I live in, with some of the laws, with some of the neighbors, and with the intense heat where I live.

Yes, I am happy. I have a good history of helping others significantly in my work, I have raised 4 wonderful kiddos, I am still beautiful, have a few very close friends, I have met my heroes, I have loved and been loved so many times.....I lived through the wonderful/changing/loving 60's. I am mostly healthy and am looking forward to seeing what new things are coming in the next 40 years, if I am lucky enough to be here. I am not afraid of dying, I have really lived and experienced every moment of my precious life, but I still would love to live forever. The changes which are to come, I can't even imagine and would love to be here to experience them. Life is such a fantastic ride, I never want to get off.

you only get to live once so why be unhappy all the time!!!
all ways look on the bright side of life and when others give you lemon you make lemonade out of it :-)
p.s i am poor too my . i am only 16 and my father is out of work for 3 years and my mother only make $1000 a month to feed my family of 5 but i am still happy

I'm usually always happy, unless someone tries to force me into something I'm not comfortable with. I'm happy with my boyfriend, my friends, school, where my life is going in general. I'm unhappy with my body, also being poor.
Otherwise I'm happy!

i'm happy because i love my mindset and how i have been thinking! what i have achieved over the past 2 -3 years!
I'm happy because i have self esteem and confidence to do what i want! my friends and family as well! i just wish they would see things in a different light that would be the sad part of my life! and as well as not living where i want to but we all need something to look forward to!~

bb:Happy is a state of mind.It means you can be happy even when your unhappy.Your disappointment's in life should never dictate your happiness.
You can be disappointed even angry with town,parents,etc etc etc....But don't let that change the happy person you are.
