What is the year round temperature in San Diego? Which area has alot of new developments in terms of homes in downtown area? If you lived in San Diego and San Francisco, which do you like better and why?
Thanks guys for the help! I'm trying to move to a warmer state since I'm coming from a windy snowy state.

I live in the Sacramento area, in northern California. This is warm all year long, and very mild most of the time. To be honest, we do have several days of 100 degree heat every year, but the air is dry, and you can barely feel it.

In San Francisco, it is cold most of the time. You probably wouldn't like it. However, as you go inland, it gets better. Fairfield is very nice, mild climate clean, new homes for the most part, but very expensive.

Almost anyplace you want to go near a coast, is going to be very expensive. Do a lot of research before you give up your home where you are now, to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

It would suggest any of the Central valley towns, such as Modesto and Fresno.

Well the average high is 70.2 and the average low is 55.00 degress year round in beautiful San Diego! And I love every day of it!

Well I lived in San Jose for about two years, which is pretty much the bay area. The Bay has a lot of things to offer someone, but when it came down to it, you just can't beat San Diego. There are tons of places to live in San Diego, it jsut depends what you want to be around. I live in Chula Vista, which is a suberb of San Diego and only about 15 minutes from downtown. But as far as I know about the downtown real estate prices is that they are rising quickly. Hope this helps out!

The year round temperature on average is 75 degrees. An area a little North of San Diego that has a TON of new developmet is Escondido. I happen to live there myself, and I know of at LEAST 12 new developments that have gone up in the last year. The problem is, most of the homes are in the 875,000 to 1,200,000 range. Good Luck :)
