Dear,

To learn any language, it needs psychological readiness of that person. Do not put anything in your mind that you cannot make it.You can if you are ready.In other words avoid negative attitude towards the language and the language speakers. In addition to that do not be ashamed when you want to express yourself in that language.Do not give any attention people who want to discourage you whether you are speaking,writing,listening and reading.Keep on doing that.
Start from the very simple and go to the complex.Do not put yourself into difficult activities before you do the simple ones.

Try to speak it with a native speaker every day.
Read books and have a di tionary alongside for learning new vocab
Listen to the radio or CDs and films to try and follow the language usage
Write letters to pen pals
Borrow DVDs of English speaking films and write sections down and translate them.

But basically, the best thing is to move to an English speaking country to perfect the language.

The thing is, the English language is considered the hardest language to learn. And, you kinda have to be more specific about what you want tips on.

There really isn't a "trick" to mastering English. To tell you the truth, it's really confusing, even for some of us that speak English as a first language.

The English language is a strange thing .The rules of English grammar are complicated .With spelling its I after E except before C unless..... .how confusing is that for me who has used English all my life .GOOD LUCK WITH THE LANGUAGE

Well, there are a lot of resources around to learn English. One thing you can do is listen to English-language radio (for example from the BBC website, www.bbc.co.uk/radio).

It will probably never be crystal to you me old china.Plus its changing every day.New words like punani and bredrin are now common language.
