All the time! It's a good starter sushi and I got hooked because of the crab and avocado. What a perfect combination! I've tried others, but there's nothing like a California roll.

The basic of sushi. It bores me anymore. Eel is one of my favorite sushi toppings...more flavorful than most others. One of my current favorites is actually a dish with California roll topped with shrimp, crab, and scallops in some sort of very spicey sauce - the restaurant I had it at calls it 'Active Volcano.' And to answer someone else's question...I think the imitation crab is a whitefish or something. I did have a blue crab roll last week.

California rolls are delicious. They are made with Krab (since it's imitation is actually made from Pollock (not shark) and is seasoned to taste) and filled with avocado, a bit of carrot and served with wasabi and pickled ginger. They're great.
Albertson's carries them in the meat section and they're made by Fuji...surprisingly, they're excellent and worth buying. Top it off, they're great on a diet!

They are great I usually order them for my 2 year old son. I like tuna rolls. Imitation crab meat is made from shark.

They are pretty good, but I always wonder - what is imitation crab made of?
