As long as she is eating she has a chance of recovery. Sometimes female live bearers can be hurt during delivery. There really isn't anything you can do about this except what you are already doing, provide a clean healthy environment and plenty of good food and hope for the best.

She just gave birth. 30 times! Maybe she was a bit ill beforehand, slightly weakened, and the giving birth bit has taken the last out of her.
Give her some more food - little and often so you're not polluting the water, and give her time to rest. Don't tap the glass - let her recover. Less stress is the key at this point.
She might not recover, especially if it's internal damage from the birth or just sheer exhaustion, but rest is going to be the best medicine. As she's eating, there's hope. If the babies are still in the tank then medicating might be not be the best idea, but I would use some aquarium salt if she's alone, to be on the safe side.

Here are somethings you can do
1] Try methylene blue, a blue liquid, available in a pet shop, and use it @ 6-8 drops/ Litre in the fishtank. this will help get rid of ony infections.
2] If the fish doesn't have any visible injuries, try catching it between your fingers gently and straightn it up to normal shape. This happrns to fishes sometimes, 2 3 times happend with my Gappi [Gambusia] and after it, the fish could swim normally.
3] In case of visible damage, which may be the case, as she feeds voraciously to recover, do not disturb the fish unneccessary and DO NOT TAP THE GLASS as it is many a times irritating to the fish.
4] Do not lose morale, the fish would be fine.
Hope I've been help
take care of yourself and the fish

My guess is that she's tired. However, my platy gave birth and then a while afterward her body bent into the same shape and died very quickly afterward. I don't know if that's what's going on with you. Most likely, instead, she's just exhausted. Wouldn't you after giving birth to 30 kids?
