nicely, the Nile runs due north into the Mediterranean Sea. The Cuyahoga River in Ohio runs north into Lake Erie. The MacKenzie runs into the Beaufort Sea from Canada, and the Ob into the Arctic Ocean from Russia. There are a set of rivers that run into Hudson's Bay, too. So get out your atlas, look on the southern seashores of bodies of water for bays and harbors, and artwork south to discover the rivers that feed them.

Because the source in the south is higher than the mouth at the north and water runs down hill. By the way, for a good length, beyond Green Cove Springs (where I grew up) the river is tidal and the flow reverses as the tide changes.

did you happen to notice the blue shaded area on the left side of your screen? That is where the different categories are so that people ask questions about certain things in the correct sections, this section is for American football and has nothing to do with rivers so if I were you I would go look for the geography section to ask this question.
