I'm thinking of adding chrome tips to my custom exhaust system but I'm wondering what's the difference between resonated and non resonated?

Sound. Go with the resonated tip.
Non-resonated tips are just plain stainless steel tips. The resonated tips are lined with fiberglass to dampen the exhaust noise a little further.
Our new exhaust without the resonator is very aggressive and is definitely not quiet, except at idle. The sound is awesome under load.
The resonated version has the same aggressive sound but is a bit more mellow and reduces the sound in the cabin during highway cruising. Both versions could be deep and very subtle during startup and at idle.
Overall the sound is not a raspy hollow noise as a lesser quality muffler will produce, ours are fully packed with dual equal chambers for a deep yet aggressive tone.The resonator option further reduces overall sound without affecting flow.

If you like the sound of Angry bees and people yelling RICER at you then go with the resonated ones. If not then get regular chrome tips.

I have friends who are tire of seeing lies like what we are gong to see on et, extra and even world news about a faux wedding . Glamourize celeberies who can't even afford the image of a wedding in France . France is for real and they set around makeing up this celeberity wish land. The castle is french, royal owen there's no way one can afford that .You would need to be saudi arbrian , gold to just marry there with the treatment of class. The french are very strict despite what celeberties to try to elude wealthier approuch to life.Eva Longoria and her husband don't even come close to a dollar worth of income to have a wedding there. Et, Extra and regular news, put this crap on to get ratings . And to pump up somebody's child in the media. What if their sorry lying behinds read this and say with their faux interviews and faux french contacts say that just rumour because they are showing their made up version of what they could not afford. So speaking out were wrong .yah' but God know we saw their lies coming.
