Yes. Israel has been abusing human rights violations for years and the UN has tried to stop them, but the UN becomes quiet soon after. They have nuclear and chemical weapons but have not actually really admitted to it.

Funny how one answer given says "officially 400" when it isn't even "official" that Israel even owns one considering that they officially deny it. Oh, I believe that they do, but the fact of the matter is that no one has any clue how many. For all you know they only have one or two.
And for the record, I don't see that it is such a big deal considering that they are a democracy like the USA which also possesses many more nukes.
If you are concerned about nukes, why don't you focus on the whereabouts of the former Soviet Union's nukes and the possibility of Iran acquiring nukes.

That's what happens when you are in a forest of wolves with no security around any of your borders. If the Arabs in the countries around Israel would negotiate a full peace with them maybe Israel would look at riding itself of the weapons.
