that even if you don't know the lyrics to a song, you sing it anyway..and loudly at that? My brother does that and its sooooo annoying..lol

I was never good at studying for school stuff, but I've always been able to memorize lyrics rather quickly. What I hate is when you've been singing a certain lyric & then you find out you've been singing it wrong, and then it's hard to train yourself to sing the correct lyric.

I am so guilty of this. I will even change the words instead of listening to the song to see what they 're really saying...LOL My daughter laughs at me. I can sing so I will sing it like I know what I talking about and it will come out sounding good but it will be the wrong words. I love to ad-lib if I don't know the words. It's like that little part will be too good to miss singing, long enough to stop and listen to get the words right would be a crime...LOL

I could never do something like that, unless I've had a few drinks and didn't care anymore. But I like to know the words if I am going to sing them loudly.

Oh yeah, I just kind of make a noise that sounds like the words I don't know to the tune and then get back into it when the song gets to the lyrics I do know. I have two younger sisters and I bet they know what you are going through!!

OMG that is my husband. Me on the other had will obsessively listen to a song that I like, so I know the words, so while I may look the idiot singing in my car driving down the freeway---I DON'T SOUND LIKE AN IDIOT !! LOL

I hope not, lol. My friends does that and it's so funny. I feel embarrassed for her.
Also my brother does that and it's annoying because he just sins a bunch of word that's not even in the song and yells it out.

well id sing along but certin8ly not loudly so people could here all the stuff im making u, but i no wotcha mean, my mother does it all the time in the car, wen some old somg comes on that she used to no, and im like if ur gonna sing along to it at least sing it right!! xx

Yes I do...my belief is the term "humma na humma na" sang on key sounds just like whatever the artist is singing.....yes, I'm the only person I know that believes that. lol

Sometimes, but only when I'm alone or at home. I just fill mumble or fill in the blanks with made-up lyrics.
