Natural causes and old age can be the same thing. It is natural causes whenever a disease, illness or injury does not intervene and kill a person prematurely. Of course a young person can die of natural causes too but it is usually unlikely.

Well first of all not everyone dies of old age, i mean is they die before being an elderly, and second point is the age of dying should be 95 or 100
