Normal friendship: Treat him like any of your girl friends.

FWB: Talk to each other and define what is okay and what's not.

It's hard to have a strictly friendly relationship with a boy.Usually boys that want to be a girls friend, wants to get with them. If not they might be gay(And no ,I'm not gay bashing at all} So you really need to let you guy friend know your boundaries.
