it died later from rabies. My friend had bitten it back in the struggle. Should I discontinue our Friendship???

HECK NO!!!! Take care of him/ her!!!! If you are going to discontinue the relationship do it later in life. If he is struggling with this stupid bear situation then help him. He is in a time of need! Don't leave him now of all times. That's like saying that you aren't friends with somebody because they touched their dead grandmother and it was the day of the funeral. That would be really bad right? Well don't make this mistake just because it's in a different form of story! Please don't discontinue it!! DON'T. Sounds like they could use a good friend to cheer them up. And especially don't do it if you've been friends for a long time. Just don't do it.

That's awful... Why would you discontinue your friendship? If she now has an illness from her struggle, be there for her. I don't see the problem...? Unless you're implying that she is going to die from the rabies, in which case you definitely should not discontinue your friendship. She needs you.

You have told that he is your friend. Then how do you think to discontinue his friendship? Is it true friendship? If he is ok and recovered, continue your contact with him. If you were affected like this and he decided to leave you, what do you think? If he needs further treatment, help him and stand shoulder to shoulder with him. ok?

There is medication for the rabies, but we are all animals primally, so it was just probably in the heat of the moment!

You would be a lousy friend if you did end the friendship. He/she needs you and you cant just blow him/her off like that.
