You can do what I did when I was 16, I was quiet as a mouse in school and was picked on daily, and this one teacher actually laughed at it. He was a male chauvinistic pig and having sex with his underage students. One day, I had enuf and called him out, in front of the whole class, he told me to leave to go to the principals office and I told him, I would once I was finished with him. Once I finished I slammed the door and walked down calmly to the principal. The teacher never said the real things I said-they were true- only said I blew up and was suspended for 3 days. It's the only time my parents actually were nice to be b/c I stood up for myself. It was a very empowering move, I think.

be happy staying in the background. as long as you have good friends and you're not harming anybody, then be happy! feel lucky!
