My name is Courtney Judith Diaz _______. and i'm wondering if you think my name is old fashioned or weird.
Courtney after either Courteney Cox or Courtney Walsh the west indian cricketer... me dad likes to taunt me with the cricketer... so i don't know which one is true.
Judith after my Grandma.
Diaz because my mum is Filipina and they do the same as the spanish where the mother's maiden name becomes the kids middle name

Mary Kate, Courteney Cox was indeed famous when i was born. She was in Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and Friends in the same year, which is where ONE of the stories for the inspiration for my name came from... the credits of friends.

All-One... great work quoting Shakespeare... i believe the correct quote is "What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet."

Your name is Lovely. Maybe if your name was Matilda or something, I would say it was old-fashioned...but not Courtney.

Courtney is not old fashioned or weird, it's fairly common and has been used as a male name for some time, but really only recently as a girls name. Judith is, in my opinion, slightly old fashioned. It's a great name.
You're lucky your mom's middle name was Diaz. My best friend is Filipino and his mom didn't have such a great maiden name, lol.

What's in a name, a rose by any other name would smell the same. (hope that's the correct quote),
I read you and your brother's profile you both sound like to really wonderful young people. Your parents are to be congratulated.
I think all of us, when we are younger, are not comfortable with our names, especially if we get teased. This to will pass.
All my best to you and your family. Sincerely

Nope, I don't think it's old fashioned or weird.
Maybe you just think it's old-fashioned because your middle name is the same as your grandma's?
Names last a long time and just because it was used how ever many years ago doesn't mean its old fashioned.
