u see sum ppl have ant in their pant. but OTHERS may have nit and lice curry and rice in their pant. dat why. hope that this answers your question. also sometimes, if man got green brief, that make it itch but any other colour wont make it itch. especially if the green is faded. that is why ppl must try not to wear green brief cos otherwise ppl will tease u greeny or greenbrief or geebeez! thank u, u welcome.

the same reason why women scratch their breasts or crotch.. because it itches.. or they may have a yeast infection.. or they may be pregnant.. not saying a guy can get pregnant.. or it may be stiff... I havent paid attention to see if my man does it or not... lol.
