i have my first ear piercing and my mom told me i could get my second and im turning 13 august 12 yay me but i was wonder if it hurts

My second wasnt anymore painful than the first just make sure you go to someone who knows what they are doing.... Those homemade jobs can cause some nasty infection.

It really doesn't hurt. I'm 22 years old, and had my first piercing in my ears at the age of 5. Now I have 5 in each ear, both of my tragus, and a barbel through my upper cartilidge. The only one that hurt was the barbel throught the cartilidge, which is actually called an industrial. Take it from me, because I have had A LOT of piercings in various parts of my body, and as long as you take care of them properly, any SMALL amount of pain you may feel is well worth it. It won't hurt much more than the first one. But be careful to stay in the flesh (earlobe) if you're having it pierced at a jewellery store for instance, because if you go higher, it will break the cartilage and it god damn hurts like hell! If you want to do it in the cartilage, do it at a piercing store, where they won't break it while doing the piercing and you'll also gain healing time (the healing period is longer when the cartilage is broken)

Normally i would say after the first, you would know what to expect, but as you were a baby when you had the first piercing, that advice would not be helpful to you. It is no more than a needle prick. You will be ok.

well it depends on if your ear is infected. if the first piercing is infected then it might hurt a little more than it should. but if you want it pierced fast then you should probably get rid of the infection before you get another one. Good luck!

Anytime you get a piece of metal stabbed through your skin it's gonna hurt.
I've never had my ears pierced, but my sister has 4 ear piercings and she's a wimp, and didn't cry so I guess it's not gonna be that painful.

No, it doesnt. I have like 7 piercing, including tragus & naval.
For ear. Its not pain, becareful where you pierce, ask around where is the best shop you can go have your piercing. Also takecare not to hit yr ear :D Cherrios.

listen i have my ears pierced 3 times and i have my nose and my cartlidge pierced and the second one doesnt hurt one bit all it is is just a lil pinch on each ear and ur done.i swear that is all it is!!=)

i want to get a second one too.i think i might be getting it soon but anyways. i got my 1st one the summer b4 8th grade and i barely felt it.(i have very low pain tolerence) i was like thats it? and i got my cartilage a few weeks ago (with a gun at icing) and that was a little sore for obvious reasons but it shouldnt hurt at all.

it hurts less i got mine done in 5th grade but i just got my 3rd one u probibly dont remember ur 1st one but by that time ur ear is sorta used 2 it a little it def. hurt less (mi b-day is august 11! but im turning 14 lol)
