I sleep with wet hair all the time, and I'm not blind yet. I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure one has nothing to do with the other. I really can't see how they could be related. Blindness is a sudden trauma to or gradual degeneration of the optic nerve, or some other part they can't replace. Sleeping with wet hair does nothing but give you bad bed head.

Nah, it's just a superstition. Best way to a bad hair day though.

Best- why do you answer a question then mark a thumbs down for everyone above you? You do this on every question you answer. It's a little sad.

It is a silly and rather ridiculous superstition.

Depending upon the air temperature, having a wet head while one sleeps may begin the onset of sinus problems such as congestion however, it will not lead one to become blind.
