I'm a really selfish person. So as far as material possessions go, nothing. Unfortunately for me, I feel like Will Farrel in Anchorman (when he's inside the phone booth bawling his eyes out) I can't hold in emotion very well and I tend to share it with everyone despite how much they don't want it.

Old clothes that you don't wear/don't fit
Old books/games
You could buy things and then give them away,
Like buying school supplies and giving then to a church or another place that will give the supplies to poor people.
The best thing you can give away is your love, (and help)
Go to a soup kichen, or a homeless shelter, an animal shelter...
