Im on birth control, me and my boyfriend have had sex some and we use condoms sometimes and the pullout method other times. I had my period a week ago but lately Ive been feeling really wierd! Ive had sore breast, frequent urination, fatigue, bloating, and some cramps. Could I be pregnant even if I started? It seemed like I had more blood but it was darker! What do I do?

You are more than likely not prego. Sounds like you are ovulating. By the way the pull out method is not 100% effective and neither are condoms if you dont use permiside with them. But still use them for std pertection. never know how many you are sleeping with when you sleep with one person.

Some of the symptoms are pregnancy symptoms but don't forget the Pill can also give you these symptoms especially if you have just started it. You may need a lower dose of the Pill. Get a preg. test just to be safe. You can still have your period when you are pregnant but also every time a woman has a period after sex it is looked upon in the medical world as a spontaneous miscarriage anyway. (don't be alarmed by this it;s just are bodies are amazingly efficient at doing what it needs to do and when to do it!!)

If you are worried I would wait another 5 to 7 days and then take a pregnancy test. You should also not have sex at least from now until you take the test, if you plan to do so. I know that when I was on the pill it changed how frequent my periods came, as well as how long they lasted.

Yes you can be pregnant even if you started your period. I got pregnant while on the pill. I just went to the Dr. thinking I was 10 weeks pregnant (based on the first day of my last period). The ultrasound showed that I was actually 13 weeks pregnant. It turns out that I was already pregnant before my last period. My Dr. said that the hormone in the pill can cause you to still have a period early on in pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test. I would take one that detects the pregnancy early though.

It doesn't sound like you are pregnant, instead, having a heavier period. There have been months that I have had worse or better symptoms. If you have more blood, you are mostly not pregnant. Soreness and cramps (and especially being bloaded) are true tale signs of the period. I would have worried if none of these systems were apparent.

Take a pregnancy test.

Don't drink sodas (can cause sore breasts, fequent urination, and kidney (UTI) infections)
.
Drink lots of water (may help with the fatigue and bloating).

Take Gas-X or Beano (can help with the bloating and cramps)
.
Take some Mydol, Pamprin, or some other pain reliever (to help relieve the pain of the cramps).

If all else fails, go see your doctor.

For one, the pull out method does not work. Go to a store and get a cheap test and watch it close, if your symptoms are still there after a negative test talk to your doctor.

Go and see the doctor.
What you're describing can be caused from a lot of reasons, starting from reaction to the pill to stress, to wrong food, to an infection.
It's better to make sure than feeling sorry later on, and it would also take a lot of stress from your mind.
If you are on birth control, you are checking back with your doctor anyway regularly, is that correct?
