i had a vcd of a b'day party .i run the vcd in windows media player 9 .i did the following to take a screen shot.

Pull the video onto Full Screen mode. Pause the video on the image you would like to capture. Hit the "Print Screen" key on your Keyboard. Then open Microsoft paint and paste it onto there.
then i use to save this screen shot in d: drive. but when i take other screen shot the saved one is changed as latest. how to save many screen shots in a drive as .also im taking screen shot in full screen mode but it is pasted as small mode,i.e the picture is minimised not in full screen view.

In MS Paint click File>Save As then you can choose the filename you wish to use and select the folder/directory where the image will be saved.

hai,

there is an easy way to take screen shots and save.
just install power dvd and play the movie on it. there is option to take shots during playing and paused.

u needs to change some settings of the player before doing it. just change the destination of capture to the 'file'(create a folder in the convenient place first) . normaly it will be to the 'clipboard'.
then click the 'camera icon' in the player for taking captures
All the photos will go the folder what u created.

regards

Try a third party screen shot program. Screenprint32 is very good and saves the screenshot as an image in a variety of formats without the need to cut and paste. Free download at the link below.

if you're on windows, use windows movie maker to "capture frame" (you'll have to import the vcd first) or if you have a mac, use imovie. greatest software. ever.
