With your budget, you'll be able to play MOST games on highest settings, not all. You should also switch you CPU and GPU budget, since the GPU is more important for gaming. Figure about $150 for a processor and $190 for a graphics card. CPU: Core i3 2120 or Phenom II X4 970 (Core i5 2300 is better, but probably too expensive) GPU: Radeon HD 6870 or GeForce GTX 560
