The Queen. Tony Blair has absolutely no power now, he is no longer an MP.

Gordon Brown, the new prime minister, has infinately more power than the Queen does - though in theory the Queen can veto any law. This hasn't happened for several hundred years however.

Tony Blair. He could certainly bench press much more than the Queen of England.

Many believe that the Queen does not have any power, but that is not so. The Queen has reserve powers that she can but rarely uses. She decides who would most likely to "survive" the House of Commons if appointed Prime Minister and then appoints the person. She can exercise Royal Prerogative ie. to dissolve parliament, regulate the civil service, issuance of passports and the making of treaties and appointment of ambassadors. Parliament must have her approval to start debating any bill that could alter any of the Sovereign's prerogative or interests. Also the Queen is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed forces but rarely uses the title.

Gordon Brown. Although, Tony Blair did have more power until he stepped down.

Well Blair is out of office, and the queen doesn't really have that much power.

I'd have to see the gentleman's personal financial statements, but inasmuch as wealth produces power and the Royal Family are as rich as Midas, I would say that Her Majesty has significant power, power far in excess of Her authority as queen regnant. Probably far in excess of Mr. Blair's power, though while he was in office, his power probably exceeded Her Majesty's.

Certainly not Blair insofar as he resigned.
