Go to a paint store and ask them if they have disposal for paint? If not call the local EPA for information for disposal.

Never throw it in the garbage, because of environmental concerns.
Take it to a disposal sight so it can be properly dispensed with.

Never throw it in with the regular garbage. It needs to go with the aerosol cans to a special place.
