I saw another question about this and people were asking what the connection between Dr's and terrorists were. Pretty obvious considering the recent terrrorist attack involving 4 Doctors working for the health service who were involved in carrying it out, or was this not reported in America?

VLT 505, that's right it was your question and those two answers that mad me wonder. Having lived in Canad 10 years I listened to a lot of Us news to and on returning to UK or yuk as I call it (weather) found I knew almost nothing about things like IRA or protests against us neuclar basis here. This was in the mid 70's though. I think things have changed.

Yes they were on the news here in the US. I asked the question about doctors. The two people that asked about the correlation were probably just one person, some pathetic liberal commissar.

Reported over and over again here, heck they even are saying what went wrong and well not exactly saying how it should have been done but pretty close. Just some Americans are a bit oblivious and listen to only what they want to here (what was Paris Hilton wearing last night).

But some of us listen to more than one news channel and even watch BBC ;-)

This is for cowboydoc....
As a matter of fact Britain contibuted food aid to America after hurricane Katrina and the US authorities let it rot at the airport! Nice...

I'm glad Americans seem interested in what's going on over here. We're in this war on terror together.

We probably heard more about it and it's on this news every morning, still.
They even had one party on the web asking for collections for the people of England? for support, a sham group I'm sure.

Say, by the way, have you heard about all the wild fires we've had? and flooding, what has you country done to help us? all the floods the people that have to be evacuated, You know, no one ever comes to the aid of America when we have some type of problems here, we always stand alone while we drop everything and run to the aid of other countries.

Of course it was in the U.S. news. It was everywhere. It's a horrible thing. The idea that doctors were involved is sickening.

Oh yes, the media here really covered all of this..........even to overdoing it at times. They even interviewed folks from the UK.
