Sponges, Brillo pads, steel wool, scouring pads?

I'm curious. I usually use steel wool for regular plates, mugs and glasses and use those brush thingies for non-stick pans and the rice cooker pot.

I use a dish rag mostly because you can hardly get grease off with anything else and for quick jobs i use a long handled scruber and for hard stuff I use steel wool. I sometimes use a scrubber on nonstick but if you hit it with the plastic part it usually scrapes the nonsticks stuff off. To help me out a bit I use dawn with bleach alternative and a small amount of actuall bleach. When you use bleach your glasses will come out really really clear and shiny~! Small amount though~!

My wife.

Okay seriously we use sponges on fragile items and steel wool for stains that just won't come out no matter how much be beg, scrub and plead!

Soft towels get used on the non stick stuff, it scratches so easily!

Scouring pads on the pots and pans, and a dish cloth on the others.

I use a regular sea sponge with Dawn dish soap. It is the best dish soap and it gets rid of grease quick, plus you need not use alot so it really all depends on the soap that you are using. also be careful and change sponges often because since they are porous they can trap bacteria easily .

I use a dish cloth for most dishes. If there's stubborn crud stuck on, I use the abrasive side of a sponge.
