I have a fault with my email system how do I resolve this?

I have a fault number issued to me 070703002668 the problem is now 2 days old

Need to know information about this. What is the software that you use for email the Operating system ect. That can tell more information than just a fault number.

use another e-mail account and e-mail your accounts support with the fault # and see what they say
