I was with my girly last night and i was being constantly looked at by the ladies (and they were pretty fine too). Now, i dont mind if girls like to ogle me, you know i might even consider to whip my thing out for them for them to admire in all its heavenly glory...so what makes a guy so appealing?
I would consider myself to be:
1 nice
2 a good person
3 a respectable person who respects girls/ women
4 a guy who likes to listen to people's worldly problems (esp considering i have ADD - does that make me extra special?)
5 a sexy looking guy
6 i aint exactly dumb neither i did go to university
7 and my girl constantly has insecurities that some girl will sweep me away by being nice and caring.
8 i aint got no marital commitments i consider myself to be a bachelor (after all i did do a bacherlor's degree!)
this sounds too much like an advertisement, i dont think my girly will like that, you know what let me in fact ask her.

To me the ability to make me smile and laugh makes a person attractive.... yeah corny I know.
I do however like to take the opportunity (when it arises) to look at a wonderful view. Attractive physical attributes include: A toned body, a well groomed face, good posture and masculine gestures (not flopping your thing out that's for sure!) and overall good presentation. these things will get my attention to the outer person .... Unless a person is truly genuine and kind on the inside, the outer beauty dissapears quickly. This is the truth, not something made up to make ugly people feel better!
Who knows you could be a particularly good looking person, but with the attitude that you are gods gift to women (probably not true but it sounds like it.... don't mean to offend) then when people get to know the real you, you may not be as attractive as you think.........
It's not just what the mirror says....
for your sake I hope you are right in that you are a caring and good person.

I would have the say that the attributes of a man that make him appealing/attractive within the first ten seconds of seeing him would be -- in no particular order -- confidence, looks (face and body), smile, how he pays attention/responds to a woman, and visible good hygiene.
And no, I'm not going to take any cheap shots at you, like some of the female respondants did, simply because I understand that you're a guy and guys like to act macho (...for some reason that I haven't fully figured out yet).

That's on hell of an ego you have there. Once one of these ladies was introduced to your ego she would be off like a shot. That does nothing for us ladies.
