You interview two people:

1 - First person has education coming from their ears, they are 15 minutes early, have an impressive work experience history and would be more than adequate to fill the position.

2 - Second Person has no qualifications, no relevant work experience, is wearin jeans and is ten minutes late for the interview and arrives on a push bike.... but is the most gorgeous person you have ever seen (men.... a lady with a lovely cleavage and great ***) (ladies - a toned hunky man like off the diet coke advert) AND your single.

WHO WOULD YOU EMPLOY? LOL ;-)))

I used to work in recruitment and I would hire neither.

No.1 Education means nothing, and a person with too much education means an over achiever, there fore a perfectionist. I would look at them and say no because they would spend too much time on intricate details and not enough time on getting the job done well.

No.2 I would ask about recreational activities during the interview and then turn up at the bar he frequents. But not hire him, work is for productivity and unless Im hiring for a womens orientated sales job, hunky man is going to make all the chickies in the office drool and not work.

I would hire the under educated self started who wants to make it happen and just needs someone to give her/him a start.

I would employ the best one for the job - candidate 1. I would then contact candidate 2 to explain why they didn't get the job and perhaps try to chat them up at the same time!

The first one of coruse. Looks have nothing to do with qualifications. I would not want a good looking person working for me that has no brain.

Number 2. - you see in the streets everyday.

The QUALIFIED person, which is #1.

Last thing I need in the office is some other twit who can't do their job. There's enough of those already.
