use hydrogen peroxide.. its a really good blood-stain remover.. just pour it over the stain and it will get bubbly and warm then it will disappear... its also good for cleaning teeth...

Oxyclean. Make a paste with the oxy and a little water. Use an old toothbrush to rub out the stain. Keep repetitiously putting on the paste and brushing until the stains gone. Don't let it dry until the stain has disappeared. Then just rinse it out or machine wash.
Good luck.

Soak the sheet and the shirt in ice water first, agitating the fabric sufficiently to remove all traces of the blood. Then wash both items in hot water with detergent and color safe bleach to freshen them and wash away any traces of bacteria left behind.

If the blood hasn't dried on, use cold water to remove the stain.

Soak everything in cold water. You may have to stir or shake the items often. Do it until the blood comes out.
