No, Sony and Sony Ericcson equipment use Sony's own Memory Stick and its various different types (Memory Stick Duo, M, etc).

Wii uses SD cards (which stands for Secure Digital) but to be honest its a bit of a waste of money to buy one. The 512mb internal memory is more than enough for your saves, and even if you download hundreds of virtual console titles, you can delete them and re-download for free later. On Wii all the SD card is good for is making a back up of your save games.

Incidentally you can also use Gamecube memory cards in Wii, but only for Gamecube games. You need one for GC games, as its the only way to save them.

EDIT: If you do decide to get an SD card, don't be sucked in by the "Wii" branded cards (which usually cost more for the Wii sticker on them). Any SD card will work. I don't know what the maximum capacity is that Wii will work with, but my 2GB SD card works just fine.

First of all, there's No Wii Memory cards... they're just plain SD cards... Second, you can with MOST games... assuming you comply with the following: 1) The game doesn't have any online multiplayer content (which makes them copy-protected). 2) The Wii you want to copy the gamesave data has played the game at least once already. 3) You must delete the old gamesave file on the Wii before copying from the SD card. If you just follow those 3 rules, you should be ok!
