The most i like about being married is the closeness I have with this one person. I like it that he makes me feel safe, loved, and cherished. I love to be able to argue about somthing so trivial and at the end of the day still love this person and have him love me.
What I miss most...... not being married and planning for it! It was such a great feeling meeting hte man I was going to marry making the plans for the wedding, where we would live, children, etc, i miss that so much.
Am I happy? I am. :-)

Well I'm not a wife but I was compelled to answer your question. I think that the media often portrays marriage as something boring or full of problems or even something that holds your down and imprisons you. I think marriage is way more simple than that. I think it's not easy but also not that hard. If you love the person you're marrying and if you know them well then nothing should go horribly wrong. I suppose marriage is full of good and bad times. The good times are too good to hate marriage all together; and the bad times could happen even if you were single. Better go through life's hurdles with a partner than alone I think. Egyptian wives? well I'm not sure they different than any other wife simply because women are almost the same everywhere and so are men. Good luck with deciding and if you have doubt, leave it out : )

I'm happy because I'm blessed with a grate man . what i miss the most about being single is the responsibility free life that i used to live, the only things that i had to do are making my bed , tidy up my room and wash the dishes. Now I'm responsible for running a whole house and since that my husband travels a lot, then i have to take care of everything. but i like the fact that my husband is not around all the time so this gives me so much space .
i also miss going out to any where , anytime with my friends,
i miss having my old male friends ( whom i had to end my relationship with them because i have a very jealous husband).
But it's nice to be the queen of your own kingdom., and do what ever you want to do in your house ( no mama and papa).
the most imporant thing is that when you marry someone you love then marriage life would be much easier( despite the fact that both your feelings won't be as strong after few years as it was before the marriage).
SO if you are married to a nice guy then your life will be nice, but if you are married to a bad guy then he's going to turn your life into a living hell.

Egyptian wives are normal like all the wives in Ur country . i don't miss anything bcoz i was 100% convinced when i got married !!
