Yes definately. Lets take the person who eats cause they are miserable, and they are miserable because they eat. This is just one example of how this work, but we/ most people wear their feelings on their sleeves. When you are under lots of stress you are prone to high blood pressure, headaches, cardio problems, etc. Stress stems primarily from bondage of the soul. We are not growing, we are not taking care of ourselves mentally, emotionally spiritually. I have been here before, and occassionally get there still. That is when I re evalutate my position, and alot of times the problem is obvious. I am not in my bible, not spending enough time with God, not living in his will, or having faith. That is when my soul is in bondage, my spirit is not soaring. I am not growing. I am not living right. That is when I need to get back to the basics. Prayer, meditation, faith, surrender, getting physically fit, reading and etc. When I am not in this place though, I wake up with headache, kinks in my neck, stress, high blood pressure etc. I am not taking care of my body, mind and spirit. They have to be fed. Well that is for me anywasy. ♥≈ yaddajean ≈♥

I dont think bond is getting too old, but i do think he should stop drinking vodka martinis. Even i feel too girly holding a martini glass - & i'm a girl! (heres your star)
