Depends on his age, but I think testosterone injections can be given to men of "menopausal" age - ie late 40s, 50s etc.
Think your friend's cousin should see her man's doctor with him, as men are famously reluctant to talk about that sort of thing with anyone else - although I am not sure I would want to either, come to think of it!

The best and safest results will probably come from exercising regularly. Everytime your body is exhausted from exercise you will build more testosterone and in turn your sex drive will be stronger.
