Well if you're from New York or NJ (i'm not sure) you would know that people out here can't stand Rudy; I'm sure he'd have to fight to win these states. Hillary is the current Senator out here so she's got some advantages in that department, and being liberal in a mainly liberal region.
Clinton has a better chance of snagging up liberal states, and while she won't gain conservative white males, there's a certain group of people who hate her more than Satan, she could get higher turnout in women's votes and black voter turnout, along with the standard middle-goers sick of Republicans and their fear tactics. With Obama as a running mate, which could be a smart move she could really secure the black and minority votes - unless she's concerned it would come across as ULTIMATE liberal to have a rookie black senator and a woman on the ticket. Strategically she may want to pick out an established white male as her running mate... Of course this is assuming she's nominated. Obama may get it - Al Gore may jump in last minute, and maybe by some freak of nature Edwards would get it.
I also think a lot of Republicans are dissatisfied with Giuliani and won't even go out to the polls, even though they're saying they'd vote for him. He's a half-*** liberal, which just pre-labels you as a loser. Why would liberals vote for the semi-liberal? The key to winning elections is by getting to your base. Kerry and the democrats had this problem two elections in a row by pretending to be conservative.
This whole situation is counting out the Bloomberg dynamic, which could really switch it up. If he joins in, some pollsters are wondering if he'd have a real chance of winning, gaining the centrist voters. I think the problem with Bloomberg though, as much as I personally like him, is that he would be coming into the election at a time where liberals are emotionally charged beyond belief to win this election, and would relentlessly attack a former Republican (even though he's actually very liberal) billionaire, stealing and separating the democrats into two parts and allowing Giulini an easy win. Bloomberg's chances (if he runs) will depend on the nominees carry themselves, and how the media covers the election. If it becomes something where everyone is united and sick of bitter battles, a refreshing third party candidate may be what people want.
I say Hillary will most likely win (unless Bloomberg enters, then I'm not sure). Rudy is too far from the base, he's pro-gay rights, non-religious, and a New York Yankee fan. He's only running on the fact that he was mayor on 9/11, and while it may give him favorable reviews in the polls I would doubt it will really motivate massive voter turnout.

Giuliani doesn't really have a lot to run on except his 9/11 leadership and when people get the whole story on that, it isn't that impressive. Clinton may not be terribly popular but she is going to sound like a rocket scientist next to Giuliani... so I vote Clinton.

Rudy. He divorced his wife and made things right with the "other" woman. Committment. He left his post as Mayor and then ran for President. Unlike the Senator of the Good State of New york who now has a strong conflict of interest. SHe hood winked a state into re-electing her including accepting contribution. That 14% approval rating for the hill reflects her committment as well. Poor to none at all for constituents. Just for Hillary'08. Personal agenda. SO why can I trust anything will change if she were President? AND then there is the ball & chain. No body trusts.
Thank you. My vote would be Rudy. But I am praying for a strong Independent to come on scene.

Doesn't matter who wins between the two; I know who loses: The people of the United States, as the NAFTA train keeps on rollin'. Actually Illegal Immigrants, win.

I think Giuliani would ultimately pull ahead. I believe Hillary's mouth will make people remove their support of her.

Probably Clinton would win. In large part because Guiliani would not hold the Republican base together. A large segment of conservative base either stays home on election day or defencts to a minor party candidate.
