Here it is in no particular order.
1. Was the material clearly presented
2. Did the teacher look professional
3. Was the room conducive to learning
4. Could you hear and see everything fine?
5. Did you find the material fitting your expectations
6 .How could the organizers improve the lessons?
7. Would you pay to see this stuff again?
