Depends if they ejaculate on your body or in your mouth.
If it's on your body there's not much trouble unless you have microscopic cuts, which can be avoided by trimming any body hair instead of shaving it to the skin.
If it goes in your mouth there is a risk of HIV, along with a risk of a lot of others, gonorrhea, herpes, and so forth.
You can always narrow your risk by requesting that it be up to the standards of the heterosexual film industry. In the hetero adult film industry they're required to show proof that they're STD free before doing a movie.
So basically you could agree to do it so long as all the partners were STD free.
It's not 100% but it's as good as you can do.
If you think you've been exposed to HIV though you should run to a doctor or the ER and ask for PEP, post exposure prophylactics, it's the only post-exposure treatment available I think.
Basically you're not using condoms so there's a risk. You can minimize the risk by asking that they be clean, or by asking that they ejaculate on your body only.
Also watch that you don't get semen in your eye, not only can it burn, but there's a membrane in the back of your eye that might allow STDs in.
But again, try to minimize your risks. It's not worth having to deal with a disease the rest of your life just because you're having a bit of fun.

yep, there is no bukake where dignity is involved (the person who gets it, man or woman). I think that's the whole "philosophy" of bukake if I remember right... I am into a lot of experimenting, but I would not do a bukake video, for sure because of the risk of exposure and humiliation. Other risks: sperm may iritate your eyes, and then of course STDs, especially and foremost AIDS. Do it at home with your trusted friends, I am sure one can get a kick out of it but don't do it in front of a camera...

As with anything that involves the transfer of bodily fluids there is the risk of STDs. Despite the fact that the semen will not be entering your body you will still be in contact with it externally. Granted this is a minimal risk, but it is still a risk.
Best case scenario, make sure all participants have been tested for STDs twice in the past year.
Otherwise--hey relax and enjoy!

What is that? Bukake? Is that like a porn movie? I don't think there is anything wrong with porn, but there are a lot of things I disagree with mainstream society.

Losing your dignity. It's not meant to be a hateful comment, but you'd have to have a pretty low opinion of yourself to do that kind of thing on film for the whole world to see

Just say no thanks. The thrill of a naughty movie versus a happy long life. I know which I would prefer.
I'm sure you know what the risks are. I think you are just asking this question for the salacious attention...

Unless you plan to wrap yourself completely head to toe in saran wrap, then you are at risk for many diseases, especially Hep C and HIV. Unless you're one of the *** donors, then I don't think there is any risk for you.
