thinking it was the rest of the shop?

You wouldn't necessarily see yourself because the mirror might be at an angle to you or you didn't really look thinking it was another customer.

I was walking out of a shop and walked straight into a glass door which made the loudest noise and everyone looked and most said ouch! I didn't half hurt my forehead and felt sooo embarrased i quickly got out of there pronto only never looked where I was going and walk ed straight into a lampost outside! I fell over and could not get up for laughing hysterically and I could not stop laughing on the way home on a bus... sitting alone trying to contain laughter I am sure everyone on the bus thought I was nuts!

Yes, on a first time date with a Girl who got more loud and unpleasant as the evening progressed. It was a Dinner and we were on a table of 12 or so people. Two couples had left because of her without completing their meal, Everybody else uncomfortable and wishing to be somewhere else. Drastic action was taken at the end of the meal and the speech bit then "The Date was undated" by I am not proud to say a 1/2 jug of water being poured over her after a warning if she did not cool it would be poured. It was, when she went to dry the whole table left or settled on other tables that had spaces so when she returned she was alone. Drink can turn a Lady to a Lout and a Gentleman into doing the best he can but still not the right thing. The moral of the story never take first dates to big dinners with friends and colleagues when you do not actually know them.

It is normal...
Well, I knock the mirror before, but it was not in a shop, it was in my friend's house. The mirror look so clear as if there's nothing blocking me, as if no mirror at all. Then my friend's dad put up some sticker to the mirror so that nobody will be the next person who will knock on the mirror anymore.

Personally - no - but my best mate once had a stand up row, with herself in a nightclub because the woman in front of her wouldn't let her passed - it went on for a good few minutes it only dawned on her that it was a mirror when she went to physically push herself out of the way!!!!

Needless to say the girl wears glasses now!!

No, once I see myself I know I'm already in the shop, so there's no point in two of us staying there. So I leave.
