Why are most of the Cyber Predators people that work in the computer industry? Like engineers and programmers?

Not to sound racist but, why are most of those cyber predators in that industry, at least in the Petaluma episode of "Dateline's To Catch a Predator" of Indian descent? Once again sorry if it sounds like I am focusing on one race. I am just wondering.

they are the "professionals" that know what theyre doing and CAN prey on people...think about it

hacking is legal and taught in India and middle east, its called "ethical hacking" though
